Adam is a fantastic builder. There is so much that we love about our HobbyLoft and all the custom finishes and craftsmanship. His work is top-notch! Deficiencies and warranty issues are typical of a new home, and Adam has been very attentive in addressing them. We still feel like a priority, which is important after moving in. Red Plaid specializes in accessible housing, but Adam's builds offer far more than that, with an amazing blend of features, functionality and finishes that are a great fit for anyone. We would recommend Adam as a builder to our closest family and friends.

If you’re looking for a builder who really cares, you’ve found it here! Adam and his team at Red Plaid completely exceeded my expectations in quality, service & professionalism. From the time we met to do a quote I could easily tell that he was the top choice over the other builders I was looking at. He took the time to make sure the design fit with my vision. He was great with communication and finished the project on time. Red Plaid built a new cabin at our lake property. Our cabin is a 2 storey 2000 square foot with an attached garage. We were provided with exceptional craftsmanship and every trade was managed and delivered on what was ordered. I do not believe there is anyone who could have been able to meet our needs and requirements in a better process than Red Plaid. The quality of the interior is exactly what we looked forward to when we started our project with Adam. The design process from ideas and sketches we provided was turned into a very well engineered energy efficient home and lake property. We would recommend Red Plaid to anyone looking to receive exceptional service and understanding in building a new home.

Beginning in the summer of 2021, my family and I have used Adam and Red Plaid Developments on 3 different projects and have been blown away with the results each time. One job in particular saw him completely re-do the main floor of our cabin, transforming it from something that looked outdated and beaten down into a completely modern, bright and vibrant living space. I can't say enough how pleased I have been with the success of each of the three projects. When I need to do a fourth, my first call will be to Adam. Count me in as an extremely happy customer.
